Narrow and steep stairs to rooms, good breakfast, excellent location.

The room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with a laptop-size safe, a sofa bed and central heating.

Perfect location to the vaporetto stop San Marcuola in a safe area. Fresh food in the restaurants such as Mina Snc, located 5 min away.

Great and lovely location to the vaporetto stop San Marcuola, and 15 minute walk from an ornate footbridge. Also - close to train station, vaporetto to Murano and Burano, in-and-out from the property and the center.

The location was excellent and convenient for exploration.

Upon check-in, we experienced a long and confusing process. The noise from the street at night was quite disruptive to our sleep.

The courtyard garden for breakfast had the best fresh pastries, and the room felt so romantic and cozy. Only downside was the check-out confusion. A great stay in a peaceful part of Venice.

The room was charming and spacious. Breakfast in the lovely garden was a highlight, with a selection of fresh pastries and a warm inviting ambiance. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the train station.

The location was perfect, close to some must-see spots like St Mark's Basilica and the Rialto Bridge. We loved breakfast in the beautiful garden with fresh bread and good coffee. The comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent. Very close to the ferry and train station. The staff provided a cute atmosphere. The room had a lovely view of the landmarks.

Breakfast hours were quite limited for those wanting an early start.

Access to the upper floors was challenging due to the steep stairs, and street noise at night occasionally impacted sleep. An earlier check-in process could also benefit from improvement.

Convenient location and lovely host

The location was super close to the train station. The host was really nice and even helped us get a breakfast before our early checkout, a nice touch! Finding the place was a bit tricky since the building signage was minimal.

Just an excellent fit for a short layover in Venice with good value for price. The courtyard garden was perfect for breakfast with fresh pastries. Be ready for some climbing if you choose a room on higher floors.
